Another realtor has “Gone Google”

Real estate agents really understand the advantages of Google Apps Premier Edition. It guarantees them access on the go to their email and calendar without any headaches. Besides that, they no longer have to make backups, update software or mess with calendars.
By definition real estate brokers are ‘mobile workers’. Only, in the past they were restricted to providing information to clients in their offices because of the client/server applications they used. With Google Apps Premier Edition and a specialized CRM application such as Maximmo now any real estate agent can work from any location —the office, an open house or at the customer’s home— as long as he has (mobile) internet access.
A client does not like the property he is visiting? No problem, immediately an alternative property can be found in the CRM and a visit planned in the calendar. Immediately all co-workers can see the appointment in the shared calendars.
