Google promotes Google Video as part of Google Apps Premier Edition. Unfortunately in practice for at least two countries in Europe Google Video is not part of the package deal.

Google Video, as part of Google Apps, allows your company to have its own ‘Youtube’. Users can upload, share, comment on or rate their videos.
