We can provide feedback in many different ways: email, response forms, meeting reports etc. However, to get an overview of received feedback and come to conclusions based on that feedback is not that simple.
In an earlier (Dutch) article on Vernieuwinginwerk.nl reader Marcel commented that forms in Google Docs spreadsheets can be very useful and they avoid a lot of bother.
Forms in Google Docs can be used for different purposes: a customer satisfaction survey on a limited scale, getting to know certain preferences from your co-workers, receive input for reports, you name it.
